LCL: means Less Container Load
If a shipment does not have enough goods to accommodate in a fully loaded container, we can arrange to book your cargo this way. This type of shipment is called LCL shipment. We will arranges a full container (FCL) and consoles the shipments of other shippers. Means the freight forwarder who books a full container accepts goods from different shippers and consolidates all such goods in to one container as a Fully Loaded Container – FCL. The freight forwarder sorts out these goods at destination or at transshipment points, meant for different consignees at different ports.

Operation process.
1、After receiving the formal power of attorney from the customer, we will book the space for you on the same day, you can book the space in advance according to the shipment period (space is tight, please book at least one week in advance).
2、We will arrange the driver to pick up the goods from the customer’s factory according to the customer’s condition. Please indicate the mark information of these goods on the goods before delivery.
3、When the goods are delivered to the warehouse, we will confirm the actual data information with the customer, the actual weight and size, subject to the warehouse data!
4、After confirming the inbound data, the operation will be based on the situation of replenishment, customs clearance, container loading and checking the sample documents.
Railway transportation requires formal customs declaration for export, if you do not have customs declaration information, you only need to give me to the Division packing list, invoice, declaration elements, our company to arrange to buy a single customs declaration.
If you have customs declaration information, you can hand over the goods to our company and arrange customs declaration, and after customs declaration, we will give you the customs declaration form and paperless customs declaration!
Cautions.
1, the goods as far as possible in advance to our company, before the cut-off warehouse, otherwise only postponed to the possible ETD, causing unnecessary trouble!
3, for expensive weight and fragile goods, it is recommended to buy insurance, which will protect your rights and interests will also avoid disputes.
4, insurance costs = eight thousandths of the declared value of the goods.
5、Before the bill of lading must confirm the contents of the bill of lading, otherwise it will produce the cost of changing the bill of lading!
6, if you want to agent customs clearance and door-to-door delivery, please specify in advance, without advance instructions, just to the destination city’s customs control area, the consignee customs clearance self-pickup.
