We would like to share some updates which we get from the stations, and some suggestions may help you in your futhur decisions.
I.Recent Station situation in Moscow.
1. Kolyadichi station: at present the congestion at the station has increased, the trains have to wait outside the station for more than 3 days after arrival before entering the station, and after entering the station the unloading of containers can be completed in 3-4 days.
2.ELEKTROUGLI station: at present, there is still a queue at the station and trains have to wait outside the station for more than 3 days before they can enter the station, and unloading can be completed 2-3 days after entering the station.
3. Vorsino Station: The station is now congested and the trains need to wait outside the station for more than 2 days before they can enter the station, and the unloading can be completed 2-3 days after entering the station. According to the communication with the station, from January 1, 2023 to January 15, 2023 Vorsino station will suspend receiving incoming trains via Khorgos and Alashankou, and will normally receive trains via Naushki and Zabaikalsk.
4. Belyy Rast station: at present the congestion at the station has been relieved, it is recommended to submit the departure plan in advance, and the unloading of containers can be completed 2-3 days after entering the station.
5. Selyatino station: at present there is no congestion at the station and the time limit for unloading containers is 2-3 days after arrival.
Second, the situation at borders.
1. Altynkol Border: the current port congestion has been eased, there are more than 4650 containers waiting to be changed at the port, due to the shortage of car boards, the average changeover time is more than 12 days.
2. Dostyk Border: At present, the port has started to be congested, and one crane is damaged on the port change line, resulting in slower change speed, with an average change time of more than 5 days.
As the current situations, we would like to suggest as below:
1.Please check the accuracy of the accompanying documents before shipment and provide them in time for quick customs clearance to avoid detention at the port.
2.To avoid affecting the timeliness, customers are advised to change their stations to other sites in Moscow which are not with congestion.
