A.Strictly control the selection of container, container, loading reinforcement of key links to improve the quality of container from the source
1, the selection of container requirements.

Containers must meet the following requirements.
① container wall plate, top plate without cracks, holes or rust and other damage.
② container floor is intact, no holes, corrosion.
③ corner pillars without bending, cracks or deformation.
④ no cracks, damage to corner pieces
⑤ no deformation, cracks and fractures in the bottom structure
⑥No damage to the door lock lever device, and the door can be closed normally.
⑦ Paint film is not severely damaged and in good clean condition.
⑧ internal inspection of the box does not transmit light, rust and dirt, etc.
⑨ All markings of the container body are consistent.
2, packing requirements.
(1) the container should be loaded with goods in line with the box type box cargo requirements, shall not corrode, damage the box; nature of the goods shall not be mixed in the same container; railway general container shall not be shipped easy to contaminate the container of goods.

3, the general requirements for reinforcement.

④ When using square wood, triangle wood reinforcement, should be against the goods and nail fastening, square wood, triangle wood size must meet the requirements.
4,Photo requirements.
(1) The customer should take photos of the loading and reinforcement, a single name, packaging consistent goods should provide at least four photos, the first, before loading the empty box photos, to be able to see the floor condition; second: half of the container loading; third: the full door after all the goods are loaded; fourth: the left container door open, the right contianer door closed, can see the container of goods and contianer number.
